A Health Coach is a trained professional who helps individuals take ownership of their physical, mental, and emotional health. Coaching is not about prescribing a specific diet or plan – it’s about supporting sustainable change through a deeper understanding of what each person needs to thrive.
At K.health, our approach is integrative and bio-individual. We explore how nutrition, stress, recovery, structure, mindset, and lifestyle interact to influence how someone feels, functions, and leads.

At K. health, my focus is on supporting high-performing women – especially those in leadership roles – who are seeking clarity, structure, and sustainable strategies to protect and nurture their well-being. This is where I bring deep lived experience, and it's the space where my purpose is rooted.
That said, I also work with male professionals, mixed leadership teams, and organizations as a whole. Every coaching engagement is grounded in bio-individuality and a deep respect for the unique needs, pressures, and goals of each client – regardless of gender or background.
I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s leading health coaching school.
My approach is grounded in integrative health, behavioral change, and real-life application. Before founding K.health, I spent over 14 years in global leadership roles with companies like Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, Diageo, and Unilever – working across Europe and Asia. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business Strategy and have lived and worked in five countries, navigating high-pressure, high-performance environments firsthand.

Yes. K.health offers several flexible formats – from single-topic workshops to ongoing coaching journeys. While group options are available, many companies choose to invest in 1:1 coaching for selected individuals – particularly those in leadership or high-impact roles.
Our signature format, K. HEALTH ELEVATE, is a 4-month 1:1 program designed to deliver personalized, integrative support and long-term results. It can be offered as a stand-alone benefit or integrated into a broader company well-being strategy.
